Hey Buyers! Have you seen the signs in the front yards of a home you’re interested in? Perhaps you’ve even called the listing agent for that home? If you don’t have a realtor, that agent will gladly help in selling you that home, but what you probably didn’t know is that the listing agent has their sellers’ best interest in mind…not yours as the buyer!! Sure, a listing agent can do a dual agency representation where the listing agent represents both buyer and seller; but how can a person have 2 people’s best interest when they are on opposite sides of the transaction? If you’re looking to buy, please do yourself a favor and get YOUR OWN representation!! I’d love to represent you and as YOUR AGENT, I have a fiduciary duty to have YOUR best interest and can let you into ANY listed home regardless of whose sign is in the yard. This applies to anyone, so if you have your favorite realtor, call them to show you that house you’re eye balling! Let them work for you. They’ll be happy to! But if you don’t have a realtor, give me a call on the next house you want to see!
