The numbers are in for April and the Lubbock market has a LOT to be excited about! 🩷

So what do these numbers mean? 💕

Lubbock grew 3% year over year and 13% month over month while home sales dipped nationally! That tells us demand here is REAL and our local market continues to move! 🌸

With 3.2 months of inventory we are still in a relatively balanced market, which is great news for both buyers AND sellers! 💗 Buyers have more options than they did a year ago, and sellers are still seeing strong demand!
