After a long, bumpy road, we finally made it to the finish line! 🏡❤️

We officially closed on our new home on Salisbury! The journey took an unexpected turn when the seller unexpectedly passed away during the process, which brought some challenges and a lot of emotion to what was already a big transition.

But one of the sweetest parts of this whole experience is that we didn’t just walk away with a new house — we gained some pretty special new friends along the way. We’ve gotten to know the seller’s family, and we’re so thankful that this difficult situation ultimately brought us together. ❤️

Now comes the fun part… making this house ours! We’ll be sharing before-and-after pictures as we tackle projects and slowly transform the house into our home. 🛠️🎨

And in the meantime… if anyone wants to come help us paint, you know where to find us! 😂

Here’s to new beginnings, a new home, new memories, and some very special friendships along the way. 🥂🏡❤️

July was definitely one for the books! 🏡✨

I’m so grateful to have celebrated three closings this month:
🏠 4610 93rd
🏠 590 Comanche Dr
And last but definitely not least…
🏠 563 Comanche Dr

The last one was especially bittersweet because it wasn’t just another listing—it was our home. ❤️ So many memories were made there, and while it’s hard to say goodbye, we’re excited to see the next family make it their own.

As for what’s next… our own home-buying journey has been put on hold for a couple of weeks. It’s not exactly how we expected things to go, but sometimes life has a different timeline than we do.

I’ll share more about that soon. 😊

Some closings are simply meant to be. ❤️🏡

When I first received a message about one of my listings, I had no idea it would lead to this. We started talking about different homes, and somewhere along the way we realized we were family! What began as a random Facebook inquiry turned into the privilege of helping my cousin’s daughter and her new husband find and purchase their very first home.

Today we closed on 4410 Quitman, and my heart couldn’t be happier for them. It’s such a blessing to watch them begin this new chapter together and an even greater honor that they trusted me to help guide them through one of life’s biggest milestones.
