As interest rates have risen over the last few weeks, we have seen a shift in the market. We have seen houses sit on the market just a little longer now then we were seeing this time last year. Despite the market shift, Lubbock is still showing growth with the number of homes sold this week last year increasing slightly, and the average sale price increasing by 9.4% year over year!
