Growing up I was always lean, athletic, “had good genes”, could eat whatever I wanted, never gained weight, and I weighed 155 lbs when I graduated high school! obviously I never worried about eating better, exercising, nutrition or taking vitamins, I literally just did whatever.
These pictures are crazy to me. I knew I had a belly but honestly, I didn’t realize I had let myself go that far. I started this journey as a guinea pig so Steph could have some data on the products and protocols she was starting. I had nothing to lose, plus I had seen the drastic change in her and wanted to feel better too.
I have an all or nothing mentality so I went pretty hardcore. I think I was close to 230 lbs but for sure every bit of 225-228. These photos were taking a few days ago and I’ve dropped even more since then. I’m under 200 lbs now, I feel better, have more energy, better focus, I’ve lost cravings, and I truly believe my body is functioning like it’s supposed to and did in the past and I’ve learned a lot more about why these products work and how.
I’m not an anomaly, this stuff is helping everyone that tries it because it’s built around your DNA and what your body needs!
Give me a couple more months and you’ll probably see some more progress pics lol (who am I) 🤦♂️ but I feel too good to go back!!
