The numbers are in and there is a lot to talk about! The Lubbock real estate market stayed active in May and honestly... the story these stats are telling is one worth paying attention to.
Here is what really stands out to me... more homes went under contract in April 2026 than during the COVID housing boom of 2021. Let that sink in for a moment.
