I cannot stress enough how critical it is for anyone looking to upsize their home (or to just buy for the first time) to CALL or TEXT me NOW!!! This a premium buyers market. Reductions in price, better repairs, & CLOSING COSTS covered are ALL going to be on the table in a way they won't be once you see a small interest rate drop.

You can always refinance but you can't go back and negotiate a better deal. I don't want my friends missing out this time around.
