📸 Marketing - Professional photography (I can’t stress enough how important this is), a 3D tour, and exposure across thousands of websites through the marketing tools available to me as a NextHome agent. 📱 Communication - Without good lines of communication, you can't expect anything to go smoothly. I was available to my clients for questions and concerns, and they communicated with me in a timely manner. We worked together as a team from beginning to end.

🤝 Advocating for my clients - When it came time to negotiate, I was comfortable advocating for what was important to my clients because I had done my homework and knew their market area. My job wasn't just to put a sign in the yard and hope for the best—it was to make sure their needs stayed a priority throughout the entire process.

Just wanted to share a few detail shots from a short term rental that I had the pleasure of photographing this week. Short term rentals are so much fun because you can tell the owners don't hold back on adding really fun, colorful, wild decor! All the stuff they see and love but don't necessarily want in their own home, they are able to put into these themed rentals. This one was really cute 🪩🤠🍭🍬

When I shoot homes for listings, I don't get to do these fun detail shots because your decor isn't what we are selling 😂 So when I get the chance to do these, I have so much fun!

📸Photos can make or break a listing, short term rental or a home for sale. Almost always, if the photos are bad...people will immediately move on to the next listing and not look back. I highly recommend using a Realtor that provides professional photography for you! I have been a photographer for 19 years now. Professional photography is what I do for every single home I list.
Don't settle for someone that takes pictures with their flip phone and often shows up in the reflection of the mirrors 🫣😂
