BEHIND THE BUILD | The El Paso at Escondido Ranch

We’re taking you behind the build in Lubbock, TX with our Construction Manager, Eric, to break down what the inspection process looks like at this stage of construction. 🔨

Next up for The El Paso is the frame inspection, followed by our detailed 89-point pre-drywall inspection. Once those inspections are complete, we’ll move forward with insulating the roof deck and walls before drywall goes up and the home takes another big step toward completion.

These inspections aren’t just boxes to check. At every stage of the building process, our team takes the time to make sure the details meet French Brothers Homes standards and that what’s behind the walls is built with the same care as everything you’ll eventually see.

Because a quality home starts long before the finishes go in. It’s built on purpose, inspected with purpose, and built to last. 🏡
