Since our last post ~90 days ago we have:

●Increased our reviews by 88 with only 4.67 properties available during that time
●Increased our already near perfect rating to 4.96(99.2!)
●locked in one of our properties to a lucrative 2 month deal, another to a 3 month deal, with another in the works

It still hasn't been a full year since we began hosting in Lubbock but you wouldn't be able to tell looking at the numbers. Our guests continue to say the same great things about the way we handle business, and we continue to increase our occupancy rates for our out of state client: 63% the first month, 76 the second, and 83% in April! 18 reviews and counting!

The first 20 days in review of our 1st co-hosting client:

•OCCUPANCY INCREASE: The client had a 6% occupancy rate (1 booking) self managed over the course of 6 weeks and we immediately increased that to 63% in just 3 weeks.

•REVIEWS INCREASE: from one 5 star review to five 5 star reviews(1 on their old listing). Note that the reviews always mention 2 big ticket items you want out of your management company: the communication and the cleanliness!
