We're incredibly proud of our DFW team for making a difference in our community! Recently, our team had the honor of hosting the amazing Busy Bees from the Bee Happy Day Program, a fantastic initiative that empowers adults with intellectual and cognitive disabilities through engaging, hands-on activities.

Thank you to our incredible volunteers and to the Bee Happy Day Program for allowing us to be a part of this meaningful experience. Together, we're making a difference, one small act of kindness at a time.

Today marks the first day of Mental Health Awareness Month.

Even though the concept of mental health is widely accepted today, mental illness continues to carry some harmful stigmas. These misconceptions and prejudices have caused many people to become reluctant to ask for assistance and get the help they need.

At Madera Residential, we strive to create a workplace environment that promotes positive mental health for our employees. Awareness is key, and we are diligently working to inform our people about how they can get support.

Madera Residential is making green choices! Our partnership with Pangea Charging has allowed electric vehicle charging stations to be installed across our property portfolio. These installments help create a healthier environment while providing reliable convenience for our residents. This new amenity can be found at several of our properties including Domain at CityCentre, The Armstrong at Knox, and The Briscoe. Madera Residential looks forward to installing more charging stations on our properties in the future!
