This summer was the best one yet (I think I say that every year 🙃). My sitter had to cancel right before it began, so I just decided to wing it! Which meant a lot more time with my kids and working wherever I could squeeze it in, and it was perfect!

But it was actually super busy on the real estate front and I thought you should know about it because the market isn’t dropping off now that it’s over! 💃

Those homes represent some of the clients I got to help make moves over the summer and I’m pretty grateful to be a part of each one! 💗

You may hear that the market is “bad,” but that’s just not true.

We’re in a mild seller’s market, meaning sellers are selling within 2 months for 97% of list price on average, and buyers have more negotiation room than they’ve had in past years.

It’s a market where deals can actually feel like a win-win! 🤝
