🛠️ Maintenance Tip Monday 🛁

Have you noticed a crack in your bathtub or peeling, cracked, or missing caulking around the tub?

Even small cracks or damaged seals can allow water to seep behind the walls, leading to costly damage such as drywall deterioration and mold growth.

If you notice any cracks or damaged caulking in your bathtub, please submit a service request through your Resident Portal as soon as possible. Reporting these issues early helps us make repairs before they become bigger (and more expensive) problems.

Thank you for helping us keep your home in great condition! 💙

Thank you!

🔧 Maintenance Monday Tip 🔧

As it starts heating up outside ☀️ don’t set your A/C too low!

Setting your thermostat too low (below 66) doesn’t cool your place faster, it actually makes your A/C run nonstop and can cause it to freeze up ❄️

When that happens, your A/C will stop working properly and blow warm air 😩

✔️ Keep your thermostat around 68–74 for best performance
✔️ Let your A/C do its job without overworking it
✔️ Need a filter change? Submit a maintenance ticket 🙂‍↕️

Cool, comfortable, and no breakdowns 🙌
