→Drive it at different times. What feels quiet at 2 PM might feel very different at 6 PM.
→Check your commute. A dream house isn’t as dreamy if you hate getting there.
→Look beyond the street. What’s nearby? Grocery stores, restaurants, parks, schools, major roads?
→Think about the future. Is the neighborhood a good fit for where you are now and where you’re headed?
