Today was a special one.

Because of the generosity of our members and community, the Lubbock Apartment Association was proud to present a check for $15,200 to Lubbock Impact from this year’s State of the City event.

State of the City is more than a luncheon—it’s a chance for our industry to come together, hear directly from city leadership, and stay connected to what’s shaping Lubbock’s future. But just as important, it’s an opportunity to give back.

This year’s proceeds support Lubbock Impact, a local nonprofit serving our community since 2007. Their work focuses on helping the working poor by providing food, clothing, medical care, and programs that meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs—offering real support and a path toward stability.

We’re proud to stand alongside Mayor McBrayer and organizations like Lubbock Impact that are making a real difference right here at home.
