That’s the exact problem we solved for this sweet couple👏🏼🏡
The last thing they wanted was the stress of trying to perfectly time two closings, moving, work, life… all at once 😅
So we used Buy Before You Sell program, which allowed us to NOT count their current mortgage payment against them. Meaning they could qualify for their new home before selling their old one AND make a non-contingent offer 🔑
Translation: less stress, stronger offer, smoother transition.
And honestly? The timing could not have worked out better. Their Amarillo home went under contract right as we closed on their new one here in Lubbock 🥹
