If you are one of the selected units to get new cabinets or new floors, please come to the office and receive your boxes to help you with your packed items.

The Concrete Construction Crew is hard at work building new sidewalks. Please, be patient with full parking lots. Also, if you see Shanan trying to put her toes print in the fresh cement shooo her away!

Today, is Silver Star Bingo at 2:00 pm. We have Co****le Wednesday, April 29th at 2:00 pm. National Bugs Bunny Day is April 30th, please join us for a Looney Tunes film festival.

This weekend the Hillcrest Manor Senior Prayer Group will be Hosting a Ladies Afternoon Tea at 12noon. Please wear your best decorated hat.

There are still opening for the MASA lecture Monday April 13 at 4 pm. You can call 325 514 2552 and speak with Robert on adding you to the RSVP list. Reminder there will be burgers and fries for the meal.

This weekend it has been projected of severe weather for the West Texas area. Please move in plants, chairs or any other light weight items indoors.

Water for building 4, 5, and possibly 6 and 7 will be turned off, this will be for plumbing. Please have water on hand. Once water has been restored, please run kitchen faucet, bath faucet, and shower to allow the hot water line to run out the air. Please allow 10 minutes or more to get the water to cycle through.
Hillcrest Manor will be closed April 3rd for observance of Good Friday. If paying rent by Cashier’s Check, Personal Check or Money Order, must be in office by 5:00 pm April 2, 2026. We will reopen Monday April 6, 2026, at normal business hours. If you have a maintenance emergency, please contact the after
-hour line at (806) 747-0000. Please listen for the correct prompt to leave a message with your name, phone number, and your emergency.
Please clean up after your pets. Roll off dumpsters are not for personal trash. Please place them in Hillcrest Manor dumpsters. If the dumpsters are full, do not place trash on the ground or overfill the dumpster.

Parking or driving in the grass areas is prohibited.

All notices for construction, policies, office closures, and other Hillcrest Manor news can be found posted in the Hillcrest Manor Clubhouse, mailroom, emailed to the register email on your portal account, and placed on our Hillcrest Manor page.
