Chavez's Home Away From Home Air BnB: A Legacy of Love

Chavez's Home Away From Home stems from my brother Joel's dream of creating a starter home for renting, flipping, or selling. Tragically, we lost Joel in November 2022 due to a genetic condition inherited from our father. In his memory, my husband, Jaime, and I are dedicated to realizing his vision for this home.

Joel once shared pictures of his ideal interior with me, and we are following through with it. By doing this, we are helping his memory stay alive and making that dream a reality. As we bring this vision to life, I feel grateful for the opportunity to honor his legacy. We hope that this home brings you joy as much as it brought us, especially him.

We've named it Chavez's Home Away From Home so that everyone who enters feels genuinely at home. We hope your home experience is a welcoming space for family gatherings, vacations, games, and whatever brings you to Lubbock. May your stay be amazing.
