Real estate is a “people business” – with success depending not just upon technical expertise and skill, but also upon interpersonal relationships. Debby Tullis believes that successful real estate transactions come about as a result of clear communication, understanding, and trust between client and agent. This relationship is built by listening and paying attention to clients’ wants and wishes.

Her attention to detail is advantageous to clients. Debby will help sellers prepare their home to bring the best price so that it will sell quickly and will assist her clients in envisioning the “possibilities” of a new home purchase. While some might push buyers to make a choice, Debby encourages them to think it through before making a decision. Debby has spent most of her life assisting her husband, Rodney, with the family farm. Their two sons and families continue to help operate the farm while their daughter and her husband live in Austin. In her free time she loves spending time with her husband and family. The eight grandchildren keep her smiling and remind her that life is such a blessing! She is the fourth generation of a family that is proud to call the high plains of Texas home. Debby considers herself lucky to live in a community where neighbors are still truly neighbors, where she learned the value of community and relationships in good times and bad.
