Interest rates too high ?! One of the key data points that we look at is the absorption rate. Anything less than six months is considered a seller’s market. Our current absorption rate is right around 3 1/2 months. So, although we are still considered a seller’s market, we understand some buyers and sellers out there may feel it’s the other way around.
