Got a really fun message last night.
In a just a little over 6 months, we have almost doubled the agent count in Lubbock TX.

Last month alone we added 7 agents, bringing us now to 84 agents strong in Lubbock TX making our group of eXp agents the #3 Largest Brokerage in Lubbock by agent count.

This is the look of a girl who just caught a pop fly from her brother for the first time….and even did it in her pajamas.😂

It’s also the look on a new agent’s face when they get that first buyer under contract, or their first listing agreement signed.

When they put themselves out there, and someone calls and hires them to help them find their dream home.

When they realize that by doing the small things, every single day, really does lead up to big things.

Maybe it’s just the fact they got up and made a phone call today for the first time.

It’s my favorite face to see, and celebrating the wins with you, no matter how big or small, is literally my favorite thing.

So go get some wins, and then let’s celebrate. No matter how big or small! Every day, find something to get this excited about. And if you don’t have a person to celebrate with, I am 100% your girl.☺️

You know how sometimes you meet someone, and you just instantly know you’re going to be friends with them?

Real estate agents…want to know the most under utilized source of leads that also has the highest rate of return? 🤔

HERE IT IS…👇🏼

It’s your database, or sphere of influence!

Most agents avoid calling their SOI because they are afraid to sound “salesy” or pushy.

But I’m curious…if you need a really awesome photographer and your friend happened to be one, wouldn’t you want to use them instead of a stranger? Of course you would!

Your people feel the same way! They just need to know what you do and that you can help them, and you need a good system to remind them.

A few questions to ask yourself…

⭐️Do you have a system in place to communicate with your SOI, and how often is it happening?

⭐️Can any of your plan be automated?

⭐️Are you consistently growing your database or people?

⭐️Are you wondering where to even begin to build this plan?

My favorite thing about real estate has always been the relationships I’ve gained working with different people. That is 100% the case with Bo & Michelle. We have worked together several times over the years, and no matter what speed bumps or hiccups pop up along the way, they take everything in stride, smiling and laughing all the way through.
