Celeste is a mother, grandmother, successful business owner, and a true believer in the adage that if you don’t provide your customers with excellent service, they won’t be your customers for long. She was born in Lubbock and raised in Wichita Falls graduating from Wichita Falls High School. Her business has thrived since going out on her own in 2003. She r
anks her family as her greatest accomplishment by far. Celeste is a firm believer in giving back to her community. She has served on the board of The Early Learning Center, past director of the Lubbock Association of Realtors, and a committee chair for United way. Her favorite has been being a member of the Lubbock Lion’s Club and co-chairing the raffle booth at the Annual Pancake Festival. Celeste works with her son, Scott, his wife Christa, and her grandkids Caitlyn & Cash. She considers it her legacy to see her kids & grandkids know how to walk and work with others in a positive strong way. Also a very valued branch of her family, Celeste loves her pets! Buckwheat, a German Shepherd- Rottweiler mix, Kateroo an overweight black lab, and Inky Stinky a 15 year old solid black Siamese mix. Vacations are a big part of her life. Christa is has been licensed in Texas since 2003. Her career started in college while working for Celeste as her assistant. Upon graduating from Texas Tech with a Bachelors in Business Finance Christa and her family moved to Austin, Texas. There she worked for Southwest Alliance as the Marketing Manager. Marketing and selling the foreclosed homes for the The Department of Housing and Urban Development, HUD. In 2006 she moved back to Lubbock to run a property management company with her mother in law, Celeste. Over a 10 year period Christa was part of the company growing from 100 properties up to 700 properties managed at their peak. She has spent thousands of hours learning Lubbock’s rental market. With a love for numbers and market trends Christa finds great satisfaction in helping investors find rental property to add to their investment portfolio. Christa is married to her junior high sweet heart, Scott Patterson. Both attended Evans’s junior high and graduated high school as Plainsmen from Monterrey. They have two children, Caitlyn 15 and Cash 13. The family is a member of Melonie Park Church; where Christa serves as part of the women’s retreat team. She is also a member of the Lubbock Lions Club, PEO, and the Women’s Evening Bible Study Fellowship class. Christa loves to serve with Lubbock Impact (local organization dedicated to providing food, clothing, and medical care to those in need) and the Lazarus Rescue Foundation as a foster parent for abandon kittens. Scott & Christa started investing in the Lubbock market in 2000 and have continued to build their own personal portfolio of real estate investments since then. Christa’s favorite things include spending time out doors, trying new recipes, kittens, & playing board games.
