If you have experience in general repairs, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing, this could be the perfect opportunity for you 👇

🔧 What You’ll Do:
• Handle general maintenance & property repairs
• Perform basic electrical work (fixtures, outlets, troubleshooting)
• Conduct HVAC maintenance & minor repairs
• Complete plumbing fixes (leaks, clogs, etc.)
• Drywall, painting, flooring, and general contracting work
• Help keep our properties in top condition

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in maintenance or general contracting
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and repairs
• Must have your own tools & reliable transportation
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
