The last few years have taught me that when it is our time to leave this world no one can stop it. We have one life to live. The material things we invest in are left behind only to be discarded. Memories are important to me. I'm going to start a "reunion of friends". The idea is to see who reads a post without a picture. If no one reads my post, this will be a very short experiment. But if you are reading this message, make a comment using a single word about how we met. After that copy this message on your wall and I will also leave you a word. Please, don't leave a word and then not bother doing it.!!! Let’s go!!! Why not, let’s have a go.

This is the little piece of heaven where I live! The owner of this video really captured our beautiful town. Thank you Sergio!

Through drone and ground video, a videographer shows just how quintessential Maine the town of Lubec is.

Just sold! Congratulations to my buyer on her purchase. Welcome to the neighborhood.

LD 1323 DEFEATED!

LD 1323: DEFEATED
Great news! LD 1323 "An Act to Revise the Laws Regarding the Public Trust in Intertidal Lands" was strongly defeated in the Maine Senate and then the Maine House of Representatives voted to recede and concur to effectively put an end to the bill. This is a win for private property rights!

Do you have a lot of old paint cans with paint still in them? Do you want to get rid of them? Here is a new program that can help.

MAINE PAINT STEWARDSHIP PROGRAM:
Maine's Paint Stewardship Law requires that the paint manufacturing industry develop a financially sustainable and environmentally responsible program to recycle leftover paints, stains, and varnish. PaintCare is the program set up in Maine and accepts all brands of paint, stains and varnish - even if they are 20 years old! All PaintCare sites accept up to 5 gallons per visit, but some sites accept more.
Help your clients make environmentally appropriate decisions regarding those old cans in the basement or garage. For more information and for drop-off locations near your zipcode: http://www.paintcare.org or 1-855-724-6809.

PaintCare sets up convenient locations where households and businesses can recycle leftover house paint, stain, and varnish in those states with paint stewardship laws. It's free! If you have 200+ gallons of unwanted paint, request a free large volume pickup. You can also get tips for buying the rig...
