✨ Please join us in welcoming Christina Robinson to the Due East Real Estate team! 🏡❤️

Christina will be working out of our Lubec office and brings with her years of real estate experience, deep local roots, and a true passion for helping people.

A longtime Lubec resident since 1989, Christina raised her two children here with her late husband, Peter Robinson. Together, they became very well known throughout the Lubec area. Peter and their son were respected local master carpenters who built and worked on many homes throughout the community, while Christina spent years shaping young lives through her work in education at the local school. ❤️

Along with her experience in real estate since 2004, Christina has dedicated much of her life to serving local families through education, including 6 years in Elementary Special Education, 11 years teaching Kindergarten, and 16 years in Early Childhood Education.

When she’s not assisting clients, you’ll likely find her tending to her garden🌸 or baking with her grandchildren🍪(and soon, baking with her brand new first great-granddaughter as well! 💕👶)

We are so excited to have Christina’s kindness, local knowledge, and community spirit as part of the Due East family.

When you're preparing to sell your home, it's easy to overlook the small stuff. A dripping faucet here, chipped paint there, a loose cabinet handle, these seem minor... right?

But here's what happens during the buyer's inspection: those small issues add up fast. Buyers start seeing your home as "high maintenance," and suddenly they're requesting thousands in concessions or repair credits. Worse yet, a long list of minor problems can make buyers nervous enough to walk away entirely.

The good news? Most of these fixes cost very little and take minimal time. Tightening hardware, patching paint, fixing leaky faucets, and replacing worn caulking can typically be done for a few hundred dollars. But addressing them upfront can save you thousands in negotiation leverage.

When buyers see a well-maintained home, they feel confident. They're less likely to nitpick and more likely to make strong offers without demanding major concessions.
