If you don’t agree with how I do business contact me directly let’s have a discussion so I can explain to you why I can’t do what you want me to do in the timeframe. You want me to do it. Badmouth me on my posts and you get blocked because I could give a crap less what other people think. Some people are so stupid. They think you need to spend $10,000 to make $1000 a month instead of spending $2000 to make $1000 a month. Some people don’t understand you’re trying to make money for the future not for today. Some people don’t understand that half of the contractors out here are criminals and steel tens of thousands of dollars from good business people causing them to not get the job done any quicker. Everyone acts like I’m the one at fault when I’m the victim of a bunch of criminals coming after me making my life really difficult.

I wish people understood how the world of real estate actually works. So many believe all investors have money to burn when the truth is many of us are living on the same income as our residents or even less. We are just trying to find enough money to do what needs done. Buying a new place with a loan actually creates more income co we can get other jobs done faster but people don’t understand that. When a contractor rips me off for $9,000 it puts me months behind. Yes I was ripped off for that much this year, setting my plans back months. But no one sees all the strut and stress behind the scenes and just want to judge us based on false understandings of our real reality. We bought 4 properties this year using debt that will create more income per month to do the very work we also very much want to get done. We live on almost nothing and put almost every penny of profit back into our properties. My home literally has a trash bag on my shower because of the missing tile. Instead of fixing this I put all I have into trying to get work on rentals done. It doesn’t help that I have to take an entire day every week to mow all my properties be because the only people I can find to do that mowing for me want to charge about $700 for that days work. I can’t pay that and still get other stuff don so I have to take a day to do all the mowing myself decreasing my availability to do other work. On the other end I wind up hiring the more affordable guy who thinks crap work is worth $100 per hour or as happened last year I had $15,000 of my tools stolen so I literally lost several months of productivity work as I had to put every penny I had into replacing all my tools so I could have what I needed to be able to do the work. Honestly I am tired of the third party judgment from people who could not survive what I have to deal with every day. I even this week had a Karen bitch at me because when mowing pay property I turned a little to sharp and created a divot in the grass on my property. She came out of her house to scream at me because I damaged my own yard a little bit. Frankly, I’m tired of control freaks, telling me how to live my life. A couple years ago these Karen’s actually created so much trouble. It literally caused me to lose $100,000 worth of profit. Had they not done that all my properties would be 100% done. So enough with everybody’s judgment!

Friday we closed on the 4 bedroom house we had under contract last month. Was able to walk thru with the contractor that afternoon. The contractor is working on another property so I will have HVAC get in there and do a couple things while we are waiting on the other job to get finished so the contractor can start on this place. Can’t wait to see what we can do with the place. Only a 5 minute walk from Fountain Park and Echo Lake. ❤️

Received word this week that some resident’s who has been with us for over 2 years is buying a house so will be moving soon. Should have a 1 bedroom house in Piqua available by mid September if all goes as planed.
