Like many transactions, we began our search in a completely different area, but when they saw this property with its location, acreage, and potential for wildlife, they knew it was the one. We just didn’t imagine that the first wildlife siting would be on closing day, and it would be this huge turtle. Of course we named it, and it appropriately became the property mascot. 🐢

I was sitting under some trees, to be out of the way from the drone photographer who was getting the expansive photos for a new listing I’ve got coming up (who kept saying “oh, this is beautiful”), as I was saying “oh, this is beautiful”, while noticing the littler things 💛
