It’s quite common for people to look at Days On Market (DOM) for Selling Agents with a bit of negativity, if a property hasn’t sold quickly. But, there are also some purposeful factors that lead to longer DOM.
For this particular property, the seller had a couple of primary goals: one being the tenants occupying must be able to stay, the second was to stick to a price, based on the comparable market prices we continued to observe.
It was a long wait to find the perfect buyer match, but we did it.
(And we were able to have many laughs along the way). 🙌🫶
