I stack A LOT of wood, and I have been doing it for years. It is our primary source of heat. There are totally things that can make life in the country easier and more efficient, and better for the longevity of your property. Here is pro wood stacking tip #1:

A full cord of wood can weigh SEVERAL THOUSAND pounds. If you’re stacking wood in a shed with a raised floor, make sure it’s designed to support that much concentrated weight. Not all “wood sheds” are created equal!!!

Over asking and less than 5 days on the market.

Huge shoutout to Susan Starr-Adams for repping the buyers on this. Together, we navigated the twist and turns and got both our clients to the closing table!

Ya’ll - this was NOT an easy transaction. Tons of negotiating, tough conversations, a million emails back-and-forth with attorneys, and emotions sky high. 

You don’t just hire me to open doors, take pictures or put a sign in the yard…..

You hire me to advocate for you when things get complicated.

I’m there to keep a clear head when tensions rise…. to have compassion, but a straightforward game plan.

To have the uncomfortable conversations, to problem solve , negotiate, and keep you moving towards your goal.

Because getting my sellers under contract is one thing, but getting you all the way to the closing table is the job. (And sometimes there are also pep talks, w**e and cookies).
