Awkward Moments...

Every open house has at least one visitor who gives the snack table a much more thorough inspection than the house.

They may not remember the kitchen, the number of bedrooms or even the asking price…but they will remember that I had good cookies.

Real Estate, Real Life: It may seem like a small thing, but knowing who is involved in your transaction makes the entire process easier to understand.

Depending on the sale, you may hear from attorneys, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, insurance agents and other professionals. I introduce the people involved, explain their roles and let my clients know who to contact when a question comes up. You should never feel like a stranger in your own transaction.

Saturday Morning Plans… Slightly Adjusted! 🍞🍎🎃

My car is in the shop, and apparently my gym key fob decided to go along for the ride. So, no gym this morning!

Instead, I'm putting the skills I learned at Wednesday night's Grace Group Realty **Rise, Sip & Sourdough Workshop** to the test!

6:45 AM and here's where we're at:

🎃 Pumpkin Maple Sourdough– Already in the refrigerator for a cold ferment.

🍎 Apple Cinnamon Sourdough - Almost ready to start the stretch-and-fold process.

Who knew sourdough would become my new Saturday morning workout? 😂

Now let's see if I actually learned something at that workshop! Stay tuned for the results… hopefully they're edible!

Real estate may be my specialty, but apparently I'm adding amateur bread baker to my résumé!
