First up, Kim Carver-GRI, TAHS.
Since becoming a licensed Texas Realtor® in 2013, I have proudly helped buyers and sellers navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives. Over the course of my career, I have successfully closed 316 real estate transactions totaling nearly $60 million in sales, building my business on integrity, hard work, local expertise, and a commitment to serving others.
As a lifelong East Texan, I offer firsthand knowledge of the land, lifestyle, and communities I serve. My husband and I own and operate a working cattle ranch, raising cattle for commercial sale. This real-world experience provides a unique understanding of farm and ranch properties, hunting land, grazing acreage, rural operations, and land stewardship that benefits my clients throughout every transaction.

Lake properties are a particular specialty of our team, especially around Lake Sam Rayburn and throughout the lakes, rivers, and recreational areas of East Texas.
In addition to my experience, I hold the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, a respected professional credential earned through advanced real estate education focused on contracts, negotiations, marketing, legal issues, and industry best practices. I am also a Texas Affordable Housing Specialist, providing expertise in first-time homebuyer programs, workforce housing initiatives, down-payment assistance, FHA financing, and sustainable homeownership opportunities.
Faith and family are at the center of everything I do. I am blessed to be a wife, mother, and grandmother to eight wonderful grandchildren. Our family enjoys ranching, hunting, fishing, and embracing the East Texas way of life.
Outside of real estate, I am an avid Divemaster who has explored some of the world's most remarkable dive destinations, including the Galápagos Islands, Raja Ampat, Indonesia, Palau, and the Caribbean. Diving has taught me patience, preparation, adaptability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure—qualities that serve my clients well throughout every real estate transaction.
