Finding peace ✌🏻 in the Hustle

Balancing a full time career in real estate along with my role as a mom and a wife to a hardworking husband, is a juggling act many of you can relate to. Here are my personal strategies for maintaining this balance:

Plan: With a busy family life and an ever-changing real estate schedule, planning is key. I have a huge calendar in my kitchen with everyone’s daily activities so before we walk out of the door we can take a look at it and see what we need to do.

Embrace Flexibility: In real estate, as in life, flexibility is crucial. I've learned to adapt and adjust as needed, especially when the unexpected happens (and with 9 agents, two teenagers and a Grandma to take care of, it often does!). Both of my kids have grown up in the “real estate” life so they are used to it, and I always say; they know way more than they should about contracts, inspections and closings 😂.

Seek Support: I lean on my circle for support – both professionally and personally. Knowing when to ask for help is a strength, not a weakness.

Balancing work and family is a continuous learning journey, one that I try to navigate with love, patience, and a bit of humor; but I’m not perfect by any means. You will often see me bringing a forgotten dance shoe up to the middle school, or running late to an appointment! 🥴
