To say this one was a rollercoaster would be an understatement! 😅 There were ups, downs, delays, obstacles, and plenty of moments where we wondered if we’d ever make it to the closing table—but we ALL kept pushing! 🙌🏼

A HUGE thank you to Rosalie Lowrey NMLS 1331872 for working right alongside me and doing everything possible to get this one across the finish line, and to Amy Jo with Nacogdoches Heritage Title for all her help, patience, and hard work. It truly took a TEAM to make this one happen! 🩷

And most importantly, CONGRATULATIONS to the Morenos! 🏡❤️ Six months is a LONG time to stay patient, but they never gave up either. I’m so happy we were finally able to say WE CLOSED!! 🎉
