Please be advised that we have a freeze warning in effect starting Wednesday night into Thursday morning and we are predicted to get below freezing each of the mornings through the Holiday weekend.
Please be mindful of this and use the recommended precautions
❄ Set your thermostat no lower than 68 degrees, even if you do not plan to be in your apartment.
❄ Let your faucets slowly drip water to avoiding freezing.
❄ Open your cabinet doors under all sinks so that heat can circulate around the exposed pipes.
❄ If you are out of town, let the office know so that they may be able to check your apartment for you.
❄ Contact emergency line immediately if you have any problems such as no heat, no water, or if you suspect that a pipe has been broken anywhere on the property. 936-899-7138
