The leader we’re grateful to have!

Today, on AE Appreciation Day, we’re celebrating Michelle Morton, our Association Executive and someone who pours her heart into making the Pineywoods Association of REALTORS® the very best it can be!

Michelle is the bright smile walking into every room, proudly representing Pineywoods and making sure our association has a voice and a seat at the table. If you’ve attended Texas REALTORS® events or visited other associations alongside her, you’ve seen how warmly she’s received. The relationships she’s built and the respect she’s earned reach far beyond East Texas.. and we are so proud to call her ours! 💯

Her impact shows up in so many ways:

🌟 She cultivates leaders! Michelle encourages our members to grow, step into leadership, and recognize what they have to offer. She was boots on the ground, collaborating with fellow East Texas associations to help develop the 2025 Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program (TRLP), and graduated from the program herself!

🤝 She builds connections! From mentoring fellow AEs across Texas to building relationships across association lines, Michelle shares her knowledge, learns from others, and brings those connections home to strengthen Pineywoods.

💜 She champions our industry! As the appointed Texas REALTORS® TREPAC AE Trustee representing AEs, Michelle leads by example. She advocates for TREPAC and invests with an unwavering belief in its mission and the work it supports on behalf of our profession.

🏡 She shows up and puts in the work! Supporting 400+ members, helping our many committees turn ideas into action, answering questions, and keeping things moving.. Michelle gives her time, energy, and care to work that often happens behind the scenes but makes a difference every day.

We are incredibly proud to congratulate our very own Shawna Bradley, Broker of Journey Realty, on being sworn in as the Texas REALTORS® Region 9 Regional Vice President!

What a wonderful night celebrating this exciting next chapter for Shawna as she steps into her new leadership role with Texas REALTORS®. Our table was completely full of supporters who came to cheer her on, and it was such a special moment to see so many people there rooting for one of our own! ❤️

The Pineywoods Association of REALTORS® Community Outreach Committee was proud to present a $500 check to the Winnie Berry Humane Society 🐶🐱💵 in support of the incredible work they do for animals throughout our community.

🐾 Organizations like Winnie Berry make a difference every single day, and we are grateful for the opportunity to lend a helping hand to these local heroes who give so much of their time, energy, and hearts to caring for animals in need. ❤️🐕🐈

Our 2026 TREPAC Bowling Night was full of competition, team spirit, plenty of laughs, and most importantly, an incredible group of people coming together to support TREPAC and the REALTOR® voice in Texas! ❤️💙
