I use a drone for all my roof inspections. It helps protect your roof from damage by walking on it and also means I can inspect any pitch roof. I take detailed images of all the pe*******on points to assure they are flashed properly. But I don’t just provide this service with a home inspection. Old houses aren’t the only ones that need to be inspected. If you are having an addition done on your home you should still have it inspected to make sure it is done properly.
