Not every deal is smooth… but the ones that aren’t? Those are the ones I’m most proud of. 💪🏼

This one started back in January and came with its fair share of obstacles.

Being part of a newer mobile home park, we ran into multiple challenges… especially on the financing side. There were a lot of moving pieces, a lot of problem solving, and definitely some moments where we had to get creative to keep things moving forward.

But we didn’t quit.

Last week, we got it CLOSED. 🙌🏼

And the best part? My client didn’t just close on one… she added THREE more rental properties to her portfolio. ✅

That’s what it’s all about‼️ Building wealth, staying persistent, and having the right people in your corner to get you to the finish line. 🏁

So proud of her and everything she’s building. This is just the beginning.

This one moved smoothly from start to finish, even with a few unexpected steps along the way. 🤍

This home went under contract back in January but because it was tied to an estate, we ran into a delay when the estate administration had expired and had to be extended through the court before moving forward. That added about 45 days to the timeline.

Throughout the process, everyone remained patient and vigilant which made all the difference once we were able to move forward again. We continued working through each step until cleared and last week we made it to the closing table. 🙌🏼

Congratulations to my sellers and the buyers on a successful closing. ✨
