When Sandra reached out to me, this home had already been listed with three previous agents over the course of almost three years. I knew I was taking on a property that had proven to be a little more challenging to sell, but that never made me doubt the home itself. From the first time I saw it, I knew how special it was and I truly believed there was a buyer out there who would see that too.

It’s over 100 years old, full of history, character, incredibly well cared for, and truly one of a kind. I went into it with confidence, a game plan, and the determination to keep adjusting until we found the right buyer.

It may not have happened as quickly as we would have liked and we definitely had our fair share of hiccups along the way, but 8½ months later, we got it SOLD. 🏡

From the moment Shawn walked into this one, she knew. And honestly, I think this home had been waiting on her all along. This beautiful, one of a kind home has so much history, character, and charm and I couldn’t be happier to see it go to someone who truly appreciates everything that makes it so special.

Friday was a sweet one!! A little over a year ago, this sweet family made the move to Texas to start a new chapter and now with four kiddos, including their very own Texas baby, they officially have a place to put down roots and call home. From the very moment I met them and watched everyone picking out their rooms, you could already tell how excited they were about what this home could be for their family! I’m so happy I got to be a small part of making it theirs.

This closing was extra bittersweet. 🤍

I had the privilege of helping this family purchase this home several years ago & so being trusted again to help with the sale during such a different season of life truly meant so much to me. Estate sales can come with a lot of moving pieces, especially when you’re handling everything from out of state, and I’m just grateful I could help make one part of the process a little easier.

Home Sweet Home!🏡

Dawn was an absolute joy from the very beginning and after quite the journey to find the right home, I can confidently say every step was worth it.

She even signed her closing documents with a mobile notary in between work, which is so fitting for someone who spends so much of her life caring for others! Dawn is one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve had the pleasure of working with and I could not be happier that she now has a beautiful place of her own to call home.
