Here’s an early look at a new Cormier home as it gets underway. This plan offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and approximately 2,237 square feet of living space, plus a two-car garage.

The vaulted family room opens to the kitchen and dining area, with a covered back porch just outside. The primary suite sits apart from the other bedrooms, and its closet connects directly to the utility room. There’s also a mudroom off the garage for shoes and bags on the way inside.
