If you would like to run for an HOA Board position please read the following and comment below if you would like to be considered. You may also be elected at the meeting as well if you don’t feel comfortable posting here.

⭐️There will be 4 board positions

⭐️ Those coming from phase 2, please keep in mind that we are now only under one set of bylaws which is the original ones under Phase 1.

⭐️once the new board is elected, those 4 will meet in the back and decide who will do which position for their term.

⭐️We need homeowners on the ACC Committee so please consider this committee as well if you do not want to serve on the main board.

⭐️Under section 5 on the bylaws::: out of the 4 elected, you all will draw for the TWO that will serve on the board for 2 years, and the other TWO who will serve a one year term. You may serve successive terms if elected each year too please keep this in mind.

⭐️If you are voting as a proxy for someone or you want your vote to be counted and you’re giving your vote as proxy to another homeowner::: the homeowner who’s voting for you is responsible for contacting you to inform you of who is deciding at the meeting to run for a spot on the board. PLEASE give them a good phone number for you and be available for their call/text during the May 12th meeting.

The HOA board discussed having two (optional) dates for having your garage sale. Since the date for Oct. 5th had already went out and is not able to be edited, the HOA boards have decided to approve in addition to that date, Nov. 2nd too.
🎯What does this mean to the HOA members: you can pick to have your garage sale on Oct. 5th or Nov. 2nd (or you can do both dates if you’d like).

East bound lane of Forest Rd. will be closed for Entergy to make reliability and capacity improvements. Wednesday, Oct. 7 and Thursday, 8. From 7:30 AM till 5:30 PM both days.
Forest Rd. east bound lane closed east of entrance to Walmart shopping center to entrance of Copper Point (Kalas Circle) and River Birch ( Chapel Creek) subdivisions.
Potential for short term blockage of entrance to River Birch sub. as work progresses East on Forest Rd.
