One huge challenge outside anyone’s control threatened to unravel the entire process but with a lot of communication and determination, we got this home SOLD! Two weeks ago we on Pine Grove Road! This was a bittersweet one for sure. We’re so happy to have found a buyer who can truly put the effort into making this property everything it’s supposed to be.
