Spring has sprung! We’re embracing this season of change with big moves planned for our West Virginia Eco Retreat project. Stay tuned for:
Land Development Construction starting June 10, 2024 where we will be:
* cleaning all brush from property
* cutting, grading, and surfacing new roads for three villas, and office/storage building, and the future Phase 2 development
* bringing electrical on property with new transformer and four meters, one for each villa and one for the office/storage building
* excavating foundations for the three villas and office/storge building
* installing two new septic systems
* drilling a well to provide clean water to the property
* reclaiming existing roads for future landscaping and rewilding
In planning:
* 95’x125’ pond with yoga deck
* glass front sauna
* villa construction starting late summer
