Last two rooms in our BEFORE and AFTER series of the house of 10,000 beers!
Today we have the primary bedroom and dining room to show you.
The primary bedroom in this property was very large, with 2 huge walk-in closets and a large attached bathroom.
New paint, flooring and lightning really brighten up this space. Same goes for the dining. We decided to use brass for all the finishes in this home and we really love how well it pairs with neutral colors.

BEFORE and AFTER series! We have 2 rooms to show you today from the home of 10,000 beer bottles. Let's take a look at the office and the sunroom. The office was a great space with a floor to ceiling built-in bookcase, large picture window and double sided fireplace. We freshened everything up with new paint in our favorite warm white shade from Sherwin Williams and refinished floors in this beautiful light tone.
The sunroom was another room that was great to begin with but need some tweaks. Here some new paint and an all new encaustic tile floor in a soft beige color does the trick!

Continuing BEFORE and AFTERs at the house of 10,000 beers. Today we take a look at the primary bathroom. Generally we kept the layout the same, but changed the orientation of the shower and made it much larger with a custom poured shower pan. We demo-ed the built in tub and replaced it with a large free-standing tub. This room already had such great light with 3 large picture windows. The view is great too if you could see it! Such a difference from what this space was before.
We tried to keep things neutral but added some pretty blue tile to the shower walls for a nice pop of color.

BEFORE and AFTER of the great room in the house of 10,000 beer bottles!
When we first laid eyes on this room it was hard to tell how grand it was because of the giant mess it had in it!
But once we cleared everything out and cleaned those windows it was a light and bright space. We tried something new in this flip, light flooring! This home already had nice hardwoods throughout but we refinished them and went with a light finish. So glad we did because it works so well with this space.

BEFORE and AFTER of the kitchen of a property we sold a couple months ago in Finksburg.
So the kitchen cabinets color looks completely different in person then in these photos. More of a muted sage green than this dark forrest green you see here. Either way it was a night and day difference 😳 When we purchased this home we had a hoarder situation on our hands. This was probably the most stuff we have ever had to remove from a property. We nicknamed it the house of 10,000 beer bottles. You can see why when you look at the before. This house had great bones though and it was so fun seeing it transform. Stay tuned this week to see the other rooms. It will 🤯🤯

BEFORE and AFTER of the primary bathroom of our property we recently sold in Hampden. Like a lot of the properties there it's often a 3 small bedrooms and 1 small bathroom situation. For the Hampden demographic that layout just isn't desirable, so we like converting the interior smallest bedroom in to the primary bathroom! That way we are able to give some more space to the primary bedroom as well.
We tried out a fun new tile combination and this might be one of our favorites so far! 😍

Let's do a before and after series on this one!
We'll start out in the kitchen. We decided to keep the kitchen in the same location but changed the layout. The biggest change was the other side where we did a large L-shape so we could add a breakfast bar. Unfortunately there wasn't enough space to add an island. You know we love a big island at Morphix!! First time we used this backsplash tile, it's even prettier in person with a subtle powder blue color. Really love these sconces too simple and modern.
