Richard Waxman, Realtor/Investor Helping People Buy and Sell Real Estate. The next phase of obtaining his Maryland Real Estate license made perfect sense.

Born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland, Richard moved to the US in 1998, first in Florida and eventually settling in the Maryland area in 2004 with his wife, Melanie and two sons, Jacob and Jonah. As a former Vice President and Clear Channel Media executive of 14 years, Richard decided to pursue a new challenge and started the Baltimore based Concierge service called Principal Lifestyle Management.

His vast project management experience and customer service background led him to work with many new clients on property management and home improvement projects, varying in size and complexity. While Principal Lifestyle Management continues to grow, Richard made the leap into Real Estate investing and rehabbing in 2015. His experience and knowledge in the real estate arena has led to clients, friends and family to look for his “Start to Finish” solution. With his passion and commitment to his clients always being his number one focus, Richard can make what is typically a very stressful process significantly easier, with consistent attention to his clients best interests at all times throughout the Real Estate transaction.
