Kaylin was first drawn to working in real estate by her parents’ home buying/selling adventures. During her first year of university, she reached out to two Realtors she knew through her parents—Cindy and Jess—who were happy to talk with her about the industry. When they offered her a part-time internship, she jumped at the opportunity. A year later while still at university, she obtained her real estate sales license and worked part-time with us as a team assistant. In June 2021, after receiving her business degree from Towson, she became a full-time Realtor with The Riley-Maher Team. Though just starting her full-time real estate career, she brings to the table considerable knowledge earned from shadowing Cindy and Jess these past few years. That knowledge combined with her genuine pleasure in helping people find their dream homes have made her a welcome asset to the Riley-Maher Team. Cindy obtained her real estate license in 1978, became a full-time realtor in 1983, and founded Riley & Associates Realtors in 1990, which she grew to three offices with over thirty agents. In December 2019, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty purchased the Brokerage. Cindy has knowledge and experience in every aspect of buying and selling real estate, and a long history of working with land and farm properties as well as urban houses and condos. She also has extensive, hands-on remodeling and construction experience.
