After the buyer reviewed the initial lender disclosures, I was informed they wanted to cancel the contract, even after the lender had confirmed to me that EVERYTHING was reviewed prior to submitting the offer.
Instead of simply delivering the BAD NEWS to our seller, I went to work on a SOLUTION.
