I’ve gotten a few inquiries over the past week about where everything is going with real estate. At this moment, I’m still very busy! Luckily, I am able to work from home and social distance. A few offers written this week from the safety of being home and socially isolated. A few showings in vacant homes with proper protection from surfaces and distancing from clients. Luckily I don’t need to go into an office and NO open houses. I don’t know what will happen in the coming days, let alone months so all I have is this moment. I have faith we will get through this even if it means social distancing becomes the new norm for all business.

We have lots of time at home to be looking around our homes and evaluating them and actually having the time to see the flaws that we all have! Dirty switch plates, dirty walls, chipped trim paint, nasty moldy grout, cracked caulk between walls/trim etc. Here are some basic ideas.

We will not be holding any open houses during this time to avoid the spread of germs. Luckily contracts are still being written and submitted online, signatures are online etc. We are doing the best we can as rates are low and people still want to buy.
