As a native ☀️ Floridan, the rental 🏡 Residental market has been transformed after the Covid Sales Frenzy in Fl. The rent’s for residential properties are rising & not going down. ( per Redfin reports via article below) maybe they should call themselves the RedHerring⚠️

Let’s take this headline statistic to another view 👓
Most 🌴 Floridians on average are unable to afford rent. So many people double up on housing or staying with family or friends.

To insult US by asking the question, why are renters struggling?!
Maybe 🤷🏽‍♀️ align it with the average household income ( 55k on average annually) & know your market 📊 value.

The reason why the rents are decreasing because they are on market TOO long at a higher price therefore; you must decrease the asking price.
