Closing Day looked a little different this time… 🔑🏡

Due to personal circumstances, my sellers signed electronically, so I wasn’t able to celebrate with them in person like I always love to do. But that didn’t make this closing any less special! 🤍

These wonderful clients came to me through a friend’s referral, and I’m incredibly grateful for the trust they both placed in me.

We successfully sold their home in just ONE WEEK, and for OVER the asking price! 🎉

Of course, the day still included a visit to the house with my favorite assistant, Sherkan 🐾, gifts for my sellers and the wonderful friend who referred them… and an unexpected moment when I stepped on gum and had to drive without one shoe. 😂 Because apparently, every closing needs a funny story!

Different celebration, same gratitude, and another successful closing for my amazing sellers. Congratulations! 🥂🏡
