It’s the kind of place where your mornings can start quiet and your evenings still feel connected to everything going on around you. Living in North Tampa Bay gives you that balance in a way that just works day to day.

You might grab coffee at Felicitous Coffee & Tea House, then head out for a walk or bike ride along Upper Tampa Bay Trail where it’s shaded, peaceful, and actually feels like a break from the city.

Owning a home > than renting when it comes to making the space your own and the stability of not being a renter.

But have you considered owning a home to increase your net worth?

Here’s how it could work for you ⤵️

As you own the home, it can appreciate in value over time.

This then increases your home's equity (how much the home is worth minus what you owe) 💸

Just by owning your home for a period of time, you have an asset that’s grown in value and contributes to your net worth.

Then, when you sell, you'll walk away with more money in your pocket or as an investment in another opportunity.

For example, you could move towards owning income or rental properties, where you also benefit from collecting monthly rental payments.

Some days you just need somewhere easy where you can be outside for a few hours and not overthink the plan. That’s exactly why I always recommend Bayshore Boulevard.

I’d start with a slow walk along the waterfront sidewalk, coffee in hand, letting the breeze off the bay wake you up a bit. The path is long and open and perfect whether you’re pushing a stroller, biking with the kids, or just taking your time.

You’ll see people jogging, dogs out for a walk, and families stopping along the railing to watch boats drift by.

If you keep going, you can swing by Ballast Point Park where there’s a pier, a shaded playground, and space for kids to run around while you take a break under the trees. It’s the kind of stop that naturally turns a simple walk into a full afternoon.

By the time you’re ready to head out, it’s an easy drive over to Hyde Park Village for a relaxed lunch or something sweet before calling it a day. It’s simple, scenic, and always feels like time well spent.

If I were selling a home right now, one thing I’d pay really close attention to is how it’s showing up on social 👀

Today, most buyers aren’t just looking at homes for sale on search sites like Zillow.

They’re scrolling away and finding their next home on social.

And the listings that stand out aren’t boring posts. They’re presented in a way that makes people stop and pay attention.

🤳 I’m talking short-form video walkthroughs, lifestyle clips that show what it actually feels like to live there, and creative content that gets people curious before they’ve even booked a showing.

This type of social strategy builds interest early, and that momentum can carry into showings and offers.

So, the one thing I definitely wouldn’t compromise on when selling is working with an agent who has a proven social strategy.

I’m always happy to share mine, and I encourage you to take a look at a listing agent’s social presence before you list your home with them.

It’s always worth taking a look at how an agent is already marketing homes and how they show up online.
