Exciting Developments! A new floor plan has been designed for our client partner, who was impacted by the recent hurricanes and needed a brand-new elevated home. The construction began with a masonry foundation and masonry columns, followed by an all-block second floor. What sets us apart is our exclusive use of Concrete Masonry Units (CMU) for wall construction, be it a second or third story. Unlike other builders in the area who use waferboard and Tyvek, we build the entire structure with concrete block, ensuring maximum durability and resistance to tropical weather conditions.
