Edward Hurwitz, the lender, introduced me to Andreas and made the financing a breeze by finishing two weeks early with a clear to close. Andreas is an optometrist and is truly an impressive person. His work is now 5 minutes away so he can take breaks from seeing patients to run home for lunch anytime. Also happy I have a new friend 5 minutes to downtown St Pete to party and pregame! 🙌
